Yonglong Inc. (hereinafter 'Company', 'we', 'our', or 'us') prioritizes customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for SalesGenius Pro services and products. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Scope of Application

This Refund Policy applies to the following services and products:

  • SalesGenius Pro subscription services
  • Additional features and extension services
  • Data analysis reports
  • Other paid services and products provided by the Company

Subscription Service Refunds

Refunds for subscription services are processed according to the following conditions:

Cancellation During Free Trial Period

If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, you will not be charged. The free trial period is provided for 30 days from the time of account registration.

Cancellation Within Refund Period

For monthly subscription plans, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. For annual subscription plans, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. However, if you have substantially used the service (e.g., data analysis, report generation, API calls, etc.), we will deduct a prorated amount based on the period of use from the refund amount.

Cancellation After Refund Period

After the refund period has elapsed, refunds are generally not available. However, exceptions may be made in cases where service disruptions or Company liability prevented normal use of the service, or where refunds are required by applicable laws.

If you cancel your subscription after the refund period but before the end of your billing cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.

Additional Services Refunds

Additional features and extension services are refundable only if they have not been used within 7 days of purchase. Once used, even once, they are non-refundable.

Data analysis reports are fully refundable if cancellation is requested before the report is delivered. After the report has been delivered, refunds are not available. However, if the content of the report significantly differs from the contractual terms or has major quality defects, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that significantly impair the functionality of our services and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Incorrect charges or billing errors
  • Service unavailability for extended periods
  • Other circumstances as determined by the Company on a case-by-case basis

Refunds Due to Service Disruption

In case of service disruptions that prevent the use of our services, we provide refunds or compensation as follows:

  • If services are unavailable for 24 hours or more: Prorated refund or service period extension based on the duration of the disruption
  • If accumulated disruption time exceeds 72 hours in a month: Full refund of the monthly subscription fee or free service for the following month

Early Termination Fee

For services with a commitment period, early termination may incur the following fees:

However, no termination fee will be charged if the termination is due to the Company's liability.

  • Less than 50% of commitment period elapsed: 10% of the remaining commitment amount
  • 50% or more of commitment period elapsed: 5% of the remaining commitment amount

Refund Refusal Reasons

Refunds may be refused in the following cases:

  • The refund request period has expired
  • Service has been terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service
  • Service has been used in an improper or fraudulent manner
  • Services provided have been substantially used
  • Other cases where refunds are not possible according to applicable laws

How to Request a Refund

  • Account information (email address, username)
  • Name of the service or product purchased
  • Purchase date and payment information
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Bank account information for the refund (bank name, account number, account holder)

Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Once approved, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-7 days depending on the card issuer, bank transfers may take 1-3 days, and other payment methods follow the policies of the respective payment service providers.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will provide alternative refund methods.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds, the Company will make its best efforts to resolve them through amicable agreement with the customer. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with relevant laws and consumer protection regulations.

Policy Changes

The Company may update this Refund Policy as needed. If we make changes, we will notify you of the changes by posting them on our website or by sending you an email. The changed policy will take effect 7 days after the notification date.
